Florida Panthers captain Aleksander Barkov will miss the team’s Saturday night clash with the Calgary Flames due to an illness.

Barkov has nine goals and 29 points in 22 games this season, previously missing eight games in October due to a lower-body injury.

Jonah Gadjovich will draw into the lineup — playing on the fourth line — while Mackie Samoskevich, Sam Bennett and Anton Lundell were all bumped up a line to adjust.
